Vertec® Textured Film
Gel-Pak’s Vertec texturized film is ideal for use as a universal carrier for device handling and transport applications. Based on Gel-Pak’s proprietary Vertec® material, this film/carrier product uses the non-adhesive properties of a micro-textured elastomer to hold components in place.
- Available in sheet and roll format
- Can be laminated to JEDEC standard tray or customer-specific handling medium
- Holds devices in place during handling and transport processes
- Accommodates a wide range of device sizes on a single carrier
- Reduces instances of die migration and subsequent fallout
- The film stack can be laminated to JEDEC Tray or a customer-specific handling medium.
